Logie Steading is a collection of stonefarm buildings that were given a new lease of life in 1991: they now house several individual businesses including Art Galleries, Antiques & Restoration, Secondhand Books, Textiles, Gifts, Heritage Centre and Cafe. Logie House Gardens are open throughout the year and there are walks along the River Findhorn - and there is a playpark! Lots to do and see.

Came here for a day out, its a lovely place. Nice quaint shops in a courtyard, a nice gin selection and a lovely cafe. The food was nice and freshly made. Good cake too. Nice to go for somewhere different. There is also a play park and a dog walking area.

A collection of shops, including an art gallery (my favorite) and a used book store (my spouse's favorite). Don't know what to do on a drizzly Scottish afternoon? Go here. Drool over bronzes, oils, etched glass, turned wood, jewelry and stained glass at the gallery. Then enjoy browsing the books at the used bookstore. If the weather breaks, check out... More

Lovely food in a multi shop setting - super whiskey / gin shop! There is also a great (if not slightly scary) gorge/ river walk to see some great mini falls at Randolph's leap.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your recent visit to Logie and Randolph's Leap. Yes the gorge can be a bit scary, especially after all this rain when the river is up - but quite exciting too! More

A great conversion of an old farm steadying, with some fascinating independent shops and galleries . It has changing exhibitions through the year and a second hand book shop which is a treasure trove! Walks down to the river and to the famous Randolfs Leap. An interesting small museum about the local history. Well worth a visit.

This was not your typical castle, gardens and food hall but rather an establishment that obviously prides itself in quality food and shops. The food ranged from snacks to main courses to sweets. We sampled the homemade soup, smoked salmon salad and a ploughman's. All was of excellent homemade quality with good helpings. Delicious. Shops included a whisky shop and... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to write about your recent visit to Logie and I am so glad you enjoyed yourselves. Each business is owned and run, enthusiastically, and independently of the owners of Logie Estate which gives a great community feel to the Steading - it is great to hear when the pride shines through! Again looking for places to go with aged parents (and their friends) we were recommended this place as being close by to us for a few hours pottering. The walk to the river was great for the dogs and the views superb. After which we grabbed some lunch which was very nice and not overly expensive. My daughters loved the... More

Thank you for taking the time to write such a very honest review of your recent visit. One of the strengths of Logie Steading is that it does have a broad spectrum of appeal. I hope you return at some point, even if only for the river walk, bookshop and beef sausages!! More

A terrific place for a visit. The facilities have certainly improved since our last visit several years ago. The Garden Centre was filled with healthy, mainly local grown, plants and we were only sorry that we had a very long journey ahead of us and little room in the car, otherwise we would have bought quite a number of bedding...
