We visited on 3rd January. We weren’t expecting to spend as long as we did. The staff were fantastic. One staff member in particular went above and beyond and really made the experience. Without the input of staff we wouldn’t have stayed as long. The...More

There just wasn't enough there. Why cant you put fresh fruit in daily. Butterflies love fresh pineapple. Everything we saw was mouldy and dried out The insects were ok ish. The lizards and snakes were great, Wish we hadn't wasted our money

Myslef and my partner took our 3 year old here today and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Great way to spend a couple of hours with the family and then pop into Dobbies for some retail therapy and a cuppa 😊

Fantastic to see all the species of butterflies and moths in their stages of development. Very good talk from the staff and the chance to handle various insects and reptiles. The children loved it.

Brilliant staff and range of animals to see. Patient staff (man) who encouraged interaction and leaning about the animals. Hands on and really informative in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
