The video at the beginning of the tour was a bit sub par but Gerard, our guide, was fabulous! He explained ever aspect of the distilling process in laymans terms and was very welcoming of questions. I would highly recommend this tour! If youre driving, make sure that you ask for your tasting as a 'drivers dram'.

Called in to see what it was about on the way to the ferry. Did not have time for the tour so had a tasting instead. Got two great recommendations and enjoyed them very much The place looks great. The staff were relaxed and friendly. I would go again and sample a tour etc . Did a few other distilleries... More

Went for lunch with my brother as were staying down the road in campsite as part of our round Arran walk. Went in her for lunch one day and was impressed by quality of food, presentation and service. Also excellent value as well. Would recommend it.

We did take the tour and it's interesting, at a brisk pace but informative and friendly. Great to support an independent distillery. Also the whisky is very good (albeit a tad pricey). The café is very well presented and has a range of options for consumption. Service was warm and friendly and efficient. Liked the arrangement of the windows for... More

I only had a quick look around the distillery and shop as my main reason to stop was the need of a public convenience. There was no judgement from those on reception and they were very polite and helpful. I wish more businesses on the island had this given the lack of public convenience facilities

Great time spent at the distillery once again. We treated ourselves to a tasting this time and it is really worth it if you are a keen whiskey drinker. Our whiskey expert John was great company and very knowledgeable. The new bar area for the tastings is brilliant!
