We stayed here one night as a reward for dragging the kids up goatfell. We found the room very comfortable and spacious. The service everywhere was brilliant. The breakfast in the morning was also great. We’d definitely stay here again.

Part of the Auchrannie resort, this is one of two leisure facilities on the estate. The pool is big enough for a good swim, there are saunas, steam rooms and areas to relax. All in all perfect after a day out walking on the lovely Isle of Arran

I would avoid the leisure centre during the school holidays as it is extremely busy. The pool itself is ok but a bit monotonous. Staff were friendly enough.

Dear Markeverett, Thank you very much for you sharing your review with us. We are very fortunate to have such fabulous leisure facilities, including a choice of two 20m swimming pools - one in the House Hotel and the other in Spa Resort, which at peak times, can have a vibrant atmosphere during school holiday periods. We are very sorry if you feel this impacted on your leisure experience. Thank you again for your feedback and for your positive comments about our hardworking friendly team of staff. We hope you will return to Auchrannie again in the future. Kind regards, Carol A Guest Services Manager

I took my kids swimming three times at Auchrannie Spa Resort whilst staying in Arran and it was an excellent experience. My eldest has autism and the staff were very understanding and helpful. It's one of the cleanest facilities that I have ever had the pleasure of using and the swimming pool was delightful. My kids had a ball. The only drawback was that you couldn't purchase a day pass or a week's pass and come and go as you pleased if you werent staying in Auchrannie. I would def recommend.
