Played as competitor in an open competition, so green fee was lower than normal, but ususal fee would represent good value for money. There was a haah which reduced visibility but a slight breeze made little impact on play. The course is generally not too...More

This course is a must for anybody to try. The views are beautiful from almost every hole and on a windy day, it is a real test to keep the ball on the course. All staff were very friendly and there are super sea views...More

I play golf regularly on Craighead and sometimes on Balcomie and I have to say that both courses are stunning. Balcomie is possibly more interesting and more challenging but Craighead has its own charm and character. Both are well worth a visit. The pro shop...More

Balconies is a typical links course, using the raised beach to form a delightful one. Craighead is flatter but equally interesting. Both are good tests of golf.

Fun course that was recommended by our Caddie at Kingsbarn Golf Links. Super friendly people at the pro shop and the bar/restaurant. One of our favorites!

We got to play the two courses here : Balcomie Links and Craighead. While both were enjoyable and had their own respective charm, Balcomie Links is by far the better one. And I don’t just mean in Crail. I think it’s one of the better...More
