Visited here for a family/friends trip and something different to do. The Lego trail was on and the kids enjoyed finding the different Lego statues and reading the facts on them.More

A lovely afternoon out with children. Lovely views and great active activities for the kids along the trail. Finished off with a great cup of tea in the welcoming cafe. Very friendly staff.More

Lovely scenery and plenty of water wildfowl. Nice surroundings with walks. Lovely cafe with a good menu and not overprices. Plenty of parking

Nice day out especially if you have young children! Kids loved feeding the ducks. We went about an hour n a half before closing so would suggest to leave more time for your visitMore

The cleaner was off at short notice and two of the staff cleaned the soft play area and the toilets to an exceptional standard which was indicative of the whole experience. Would highly recommend the place and the staff who made it a wonderful day...More

I can't think of anywhere in County Down that sits so easily in the rolling countryside than Castle Espie. The old clay pits have long ago filled with water and formed into small ponds and lakes, which are now a conservation area for many species...More
