Absolutely beautiful grounds, little interesting details/decorations such as the wood carvings, witches house, climbing frame, a variety of trails, big play areas for different ages. Just too expensive for an afternoon walk... £20 for two adults plus one 8 year old....

Stopped in here for lunch after recommendation from a friend. Bright and airy with very friendly staff. Food was of a good standard and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Came here with two girls and their friends. For the five of us it worked out at about £18 (‘mini family’ plus one child), which I thought was reasonable. They enjoyed running about the adventure playground and playing hide and seek. The fact that there...More

Absolutely stunning place with something for everyone. Better than national trust properties, as more tastefully done. Restaurant food very good, but portions on the small side. Gardens are stunning and great service from very polite staff everywhere. Great play area for kids.

Such a lovely, very well maintained grounds with gorgeous walk. Good solid walkways and lots of different plants and trees to see. £15 for 2 adults for admission, I do think it’s a little expensive for an afternoons walk though.

You can go to the coffee shop through the gift shop which is nice😊 or walk around the path to the coffee shop.

Yes , so long as they are on lead and not a nuisance to other walkers, and that their “ deposits” are lifted by their owners and disposed off properly . This then makes it pleasant for all users .
