Upon arrival greeted by an extremely pleasant and polite volunteer. I have to admit wasn’t on my bucket list of things to do but actually really enjoyed the experience. Impressive underground experience. Suggestion from me maybe a couple of mannequin dolls with kit on and...More

A lovely museum, on the trail from the Car park, to Norden Station on the Swanage Heritage Railway, free of charge, but please give a donation, to keep it going. Recommended.

Called here whilst waiting for the steam train. Three adults and an 11 & 6yr old. Interesting little place telling the history of clay mining in the area. Donations are requested of a suggested minimum £1 per adult. It's a self guided trail with plenty...More

The museum is located next to Norden Station on the Swanage Railway. Our train arrived at 10.25 but when we went to enter the museum we were told, in a rather brusque manner' that it did not open until 11.00 . This does not seem...More
