Been here a couple of times with my fiancé now and love it always, the enclosures are huge allowing the monkeys to have plenty of room to roam and enjoy themselves with lots of mental stimulation, the grounds are always tidy, staff all over the place to answer questions, interesting talks. Monkey World does an absolutely amazing job of helping... More

Went on16th Feb 17. Myself and 5 year old. I had no idea it was bring some dried fruit and get child in for £1 day. I paid £11.75 and £8.50 for my 5yo of son. We stayed less than an hour. The place was packed to bursting. Excessive queues for the toilets - so bad we both had to... More

For a small family run place this is a great place to visit, all the monkeys have lots of place to play/sleep/run around, they are well looked after. The added bit since we last visited is the woodland walk-around and the Lemars walk through. Well worth the money to get it, fantastic gift shop too!

I mean they have monkeys, who wouldn't like that? Always fun going round Monkey world - seeing the good work they do while getting up close and personal with monkeys is always special. We went in Jan for the half price Dorset residents deal, even better at half price!

We visited Monkey World in Dorset as a family of two adults and a 7 year old during the February half term. I felt that it was good value for money but needed an uplift in some areas. The facilities where pretty much non existent unless you wanted to wait 45 minutes for a bottle of water!! And you had... More

Not unsurprisingly the monkeys were not out in the rain so it was more spot the furry bundle in the sleeping areas. We took advantage of special bring dried fruit discount for children so weren't too out of pocket. Good place for children all ages, and grown ups - up to 90years, as plenty of smooth paths for motorised or... More

Would love to go back when it was warmer as it was absolutely freezing when we went but it was still fantastic! I have to say that the only thing that let it down was the lack of policing from staff. Unfortunately, it seems that many people are unable to read and I found it really hard to watch as... More

In November my wife, daughter (about 20 months), myself and her family (included 4 adults and two children of 6 and 7) went to Monkey World. It was actually a beautiful day but bitterly cold, so wrap up warm if going at this time of year as it is 99% outdoors. For anyone unsure the clue is in the title... More
