I regularly stop in whilst cycling in the Weymouth & Portland area. The cafe is good and one can get useful info about Chesil Beach which is a very important site for nature and geomorphology

Very interesting little Centre giving lots of info about local wildlife and the history of the area over the years and wwII where the bouncin* bomb of da busters fame was tested in the fleet

It's a great visitor centre, with a cafe attached (quite expensive) - & at the side, lovely clean loos. The beach is just pebbles, & we gave up trying to get over the top of it, as our dogs struggled, as did we!
