Came here as part of multi ticket deal with Swannery and Gardens. Have 8 and 10 year old with me and went towards end of the day. Staff seemed uninterested in answering any questions but keen to lock off attractions half hour before closing. Kids enjoyed table tennis and table football and other games, sorry this is a farm? A... More

Im sad to say this was very disappointing.. Its a venue we have visited before and we knew what to expect - but we spent £60 to get in and we could have done everything in an hour :-( The staff didn't show a lot of pride, they just walked from one thing to the next - i.e. the same... More

Immerse yourselves in the past, feel the prayers of the Monks, and wonder at the size of timber in the amazing barn!! It is a fun day for children, there are races and feed times, for a fee pony rides. There is indoor soft play area, sand play, water play, guinea pigs, rabbits, tortoise, goats, sheep! Llamas!! Well worth a... More

We arrived mid afternoon and many of the extra activities were starting to finish. The kids loved holding the Guinea pigs, helping with the owl presentation and the indoor play area. The farm is quite small but in-conjunction with the swannery and garden makes a great day out. Next time will arrive earlier!

Visited the farm with 2 8 year olds and a 4 year old. Was not impressed with it at all. There were very little animals that you could see. It took about 20 -30 minutes at the very best to look round all the animals. The play areas were not the best but the Children enjoyed it, but what child... More

We stayed in Abbotsbury so it was just a 10 minute walk to the farm. We had a wonderful day here. The setting is spectacular. The play barn is housed in the ancient tithe barn. The sheep racing was great fun and children got to bottle feed the sheep at the finish line then take a sheep for a walk... More

On a recent family holiday we decided to visit Abbotsbury for a day out driving from the Bridport area. On arrival we went to the car park for the Children's Farm, I was somewhat surprised that I had to pay £3.50 to park in the car park, when I was prepared to pay to visit the attraction. There didn't appear... More

We visited the farm as we were on holiday in the area and had a great time. There was plenty to keep the children entertained and they had a great time. The sheep racing was good fun and the children really enjoyed feeding them after the race.Pony rides and the Guinea pigs were also a big hit. I would recommend... More
