Kightshayes is one of my favourite NT houses and gardens. Easter Sunday walking through the woodland garden was a perfect way to start the day before it got too crowded and we had to leave anyway to visit family.

Really enjoyed our visit to Knightshayes Court. The woods and gardens are beautiful and perfect for a long dog walk. The house is very interesting to view and whilst personally I found the decor not to my taste, it was intriguing to take a step...More

This was our first visit and it was great. A really enjoyable location with lots to see and great walks (plus a geocache too). The food facility was large and clean but very slow service at the till and no-one came to help despite lots...More

Not taken with the inside....way over the top for me; but the gardens and grounds are delightful. Plenty of space for children to race around and enjoy the fresh air/ rolly-polly...enjoyed the food too - a pork ciabatta. All in all a breath of fresh...More

Knightshayes is a National Trust property with lovely gardens, tearoom, shop and the interior is quite unique. Certainly a must-see if you are in the area - even if you are not a Victorian House fan!

Despite being April the gardens were full. Mainly tulips. House was interesting but not my taste. Children were loving it. Food could have been better.

Although busy because of Easter school holidays my friends & I really enjoyed our visit and the formal gardens, pool garden and woodlands were all amazing. Loved seeing the huge moths sculptures in the trees.

Having plenty of time to visit the grounds before the house opened, we walked the dog in the wider parkland first, then went through the stunning walled vegetable garden, into the impressive Douglas Fir walk, and then through the house approach into the more formal...More
