This beach looks amazing but visitors should be aware that the steps were washed away in a recent storm, so there are barricades over the path and big notices stating ‘Beach closed’. We visited on Monday 13th May 2019 and there were a few people...More

This is a magical beach for young and old. The steep cliff sides and rocks, make it really atmospheric. And children love finding the ship wreck at low tide. There are lots of steep steps to get down to the beach, but it's worth it.

We walked here along the coastal path from Morte point. It is not very well signed but with the help of a lady dog walker we found our way. At times it is quite steep and sections have steps to help you. When you get...More

You need to stop off here if you are passing through, Rockham beach is simply breathtaking! A few points to consider; Steep steps, yes, it is only accessible via the steps built very well down the cliff. So not for the faint hearted, but when...More

After the mile walk from Mortehoe (well worth it) you arrive at this amazing cove which could well be any beach abroad. The boys enjoyed bodyboarding, rock pooling and swimming in the safe shallow water. Such a great day out.

We stopped at Rockham Bay during our walk along the coast path. It was quiet and peaceful. There were NT volunteers keeping the beach clean and also selling ices at the same time. There are no facilities at this bay so don't forget to bring...More

Hi, we were there in September and took our dogs on the beach, there were dogs with other families too. We didn't see any signs advising they were not allowed.
