Went back after many years to see what has happened in the barometer world, as a long term owner. Phoned up and spoke to owner, who welcomed us. We purchased a present for son whilst there. Glad we popped in before owner retires.

This is a very sweet little place tucked away. Some gorgeous pieces to look at in the small museum and some good prices to also purchase Good for a ten minute stop off

If you are into barometers, thermometers and scientific stuff, this is definitely the place for you. Kids would find it totally boring though. One for the nerds.

An interesting little place to stop, but the people there gave the impression that they didn't give a damn whether you visited or not.

A great collection but it seems to be a fading interest. Barometer tubes are no longer made there and there is an air of 'owner retirement'.
