Disappointed that this really is an art shop that displays pictures etc for sale; no real craftsmen/women.

We are sorry you were disappointed. We hope you will give us a try again on a day when we have free demonstrations by local makers or a host of other events and exhibitions. When our main exhibitions are running we have activities in the gallery too. More

The shop has an excellent & interesting collection of crafts, offering something for all tastes. The tea rooms on the top floor offers a wonderful choice of foods and the savoury scones we had with morning coffee, were very tasty and light.

I was incredibly impressed with the standard of work that was on display at this location. The large prints of sea and coast were incredibly impressive. There was also good pottery and printed fabrics. All of excellent quality. The food at the restaurant was also very good and not too expensive.

We popped in on a Bank Holiday Monday and were delighted it was open and how good the flat white was, it met our London high expectations as coffee connoisseurs, and the Olive Oil & Almond chocolate cake was one of the best cakes I have ever had!!! Moist, intense and moorish. My man enjoyed his carrot cake too. The... More

Lovely craft shop leads to an interesting gallery. There was a corner for make your own which I assume was so kids could do a bit of crafty art.The space is lovely and the is a good cafe on the roof. Quite expensive in the craft shop though although there were some beautiful items.

This venue is lovely and relaxing. We popped in for afternoon tea and enjoyed scones and a cuppa! There was an assortment of chairs and comfy sofas. We were a group of mums with babies and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you.
