Went with two teens, a 9 and 7 year old. Spent 5 hours there and as it's all spaced out it wasn't packed so you get to relax and let the kids enjoy it. Wetsuits are a must for the pirate ship area. Daredevil area where you pay extra is in the same place so easy to avoid if needed.... More

Very good park lots for the kids to do, of all sizes 😏😏👍🏼. Clean tidy park staff friendly, lots of kids about to. Note the river water is cold so shorty wetsuits needed 👍🏼

We live quite local but our kids (6 and 19) love this place. The bar/ restaurant is good with a wide range of reasonably priced food and drink. The site itself is large so there is always space even when busy. The WiFi costs £8 per week but is cheaper if bought prior to coming, and at quiet times I... More

The best place by far my family have ever visited. Fantastic entry fee, worth every penny. A lovely natural, clean playground and river park for children to explore. This is what childhood memories are made of. My children will never ever forget their visit here and we cannot wait to come back again. Well done 'River Dart Country Park' for... More

Visiting whilst on holiday in the area we were keen to have a day at an outdoor adventure park and River Dart looked great. It's essentially two parks, one you pay for entry admission which allows access to the water areas, spiderweb, low ropes and picnic areas etc, and the second Dare Devil section that has canoes, water Zorbs and... Stayed here for a long weekend and it was excellent. We were allocated a pitch over the phone and on arrival found it to be on a very steep hill. There was no mention of this when booking, we were lucky that there was another pitch that was available that we moved to on the hard standing area. That aside... More

I am sorry to hear that our customer service was not up to our usual standards, can you please contact us so we can look into this in more detail and also hopefully find you a suitable pitch. Our pitches are usually a generous 11 metres x 11 metres so are able to accommodate most tents. Please do accept our... More

I wouldn't try to attempt the pirate ship with small children! Far too many older children and teenagers with water pistols and squirters that clearly haven't been taught not to fire it at people who don't have guns or if they don't like it. Grown up going to the river dart and was disappointed when returning with younger siblings (15... More

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time at our pirate ship lake, this is a very popular part of the site. We do ask parents to be responsible for the children at all times and it is unfortunate that this was not adhered to during your visit. Wardens are on site and patrol the grounds... More

Stayed 3 nights in electric pitch (3 adults 5 kids aged 9-14 yrs) and it was best campsite we've ever stayed at. The facilities was cleaned twice a day and were decent, pub onsite very reasonable, lots of areas for kids to play. The play area was fantastic - our kids are a little old for play parks but the...
