Stayed in a tent for five nights, nice pitches with good facilities, freezers for ice packs and ironing facilities also available. There is so much for children to do, most of it has already been mentioned, cycle tracks are great too. We found the restaurant food very tasty and reasonably priced, enjoyed a few lovely meals in their garden. Not all pitches are flat so worth mentioning when making the booking if this is important to you. Overall, couldn’t fault it, and hoping to go back next summer.

Stayed for a wedding in the house. Road to the site very narrow and no true passing spaces from the cheap SHELL garage at the bottom. Once on site drive there are passing spaces. Easy efficient check in during these Covid19 times. Motorhome point not easy (drive up and reverse back or vice versa). Waste and chemical waste go in same drain!! Didn’t use facilities but sanitisers around the park. Easy to social distance.

First visit and certainly won’t be our last! Had a wonderful stay. Clean site and easy to check in and out. Felt Covid safe as possible. Kids absolutely loved it. High ropes were fantastic and a special thanks to the instructor called Zoe. My son has Down syndrome and she help him to complete the course. She was amazing with him, patient and kind. Made us both feel safe, was great fun and gave him a great sense of pride and achievement. Thanks again Zoe!!!!! River and grounds were stunning. Kids loved the play areas. Facilities kept nice and clean too! Very much looking forward to visiting you next year!

The campsite was very clean and tidy, the only thing that let it down was the food in the cafe.Very small portions for the price.cold jacket potatoes, pizza was burnt.we were glad we only had food once as we had bbqs etc.
