Lovely varieties of orchids

Very small place to visit but if you love orchids, it's a must. Did not know there were so many varieties.

This is in Victoria Village accessed by the two-hourly 21 bus from St Helier. It is only open Wed~Sat. The variety of brilliant colours and shapes is mind-blowing. If you do not want to wait for the bus back, it is a flat 2 km walk to the Durrell Wildlife Park - even for septuagenarians.

We decided to visit this wonderfully exotic orchid garden on our recent visit to Jersey. Limited openings Wednesday to Saturday's and well worth the £5 admission. You really need a car to visit this facility , which has plenty of parking. The orchids are well laid out in this indoor garden, so many different varieties can be seen, we took... More

What a wonderful place this is... Right in the middle of Victoria Village down pretty but narrow lanes. There's an entry fee of £5 for adults & £2 for children (website needs updating on that) but well worth it for this stunning show of amazing orchids. We spent easily an hour & a half here, taking photos and learning about... More

We had a very hard time finding this place as there were road closures and in the middle of nowhere. Defintely need a car to get here and it's not very big. A total of 30 mins would be fine and it's £1.50 to get in but if you love orcids then it's a must

We popped up to the Foundation not really knowing what to expect. It was truly amazing. The amount of effort put in to make such beautiful and interesting displays was clear to see. The staff we spoke to we very clued up and nothing was too much trouble for them - even questions I'm sure they get every hour of... More

A fabulous display of all sorts of orchid in very natural settings plus quite a lot of other plants too even bananas. The displays were immaculate. It is just one large glass house and a walkway so you can see a little of the work done there so the visit does not take long but it is still worth seeing... More

Having taken up growing orchids over the last few years, this was a must for me the location is easy to get to by bus (21 from station) and a short walk down the lane. The bus is on a loop so the return is 2hours later which gives you enough time. There is a small coffee shop. The staff... More

Well worth a visit, amazing and stunning display of various types of orchids. 1 hour there is enough time to see it all. No cafe was the only problem really
