If you like orchids then there are plenty to see here. The displays will always vary as it depends on what is in flower at that time - it was certainly different from the last time we visited 9 years ago, and you can also see into three of the greenhouses from a walkway, with information shown on tablets. Plenty... More

The variety of orchids is really staggering I have never seen as many in one place before, there are even bananas growing in the glass house. Well worth a visit. Entry price reasonable.

Hot houses with glorious Orchid displays at this research and breeding facility. Not huge but worth a visit even if you're not an Orchid buff

Beautiful collection of orchids on display luckily the day we went there were very few people in the orchid house so I could get lots of photos. Theres also a small cafe area where you can get a cup of tea or coffee. The whole site is wheelchair accessible, parking is free and the entrance charge is minimal well worth... More

The collection is housed in a greenhouse, well laid out and accessible. Beautiful orchids on display. Light refreshments also available.

Beautiful orchids, many varieties, air plants, foliage, and water features. If you're looking for a relaxing 1-2 hours in the company of beauty then this is the place for you - but not if you're expecting bells and whistles. We spent a quiet hour here after negotiating the narrow lanes to get there. Reasonably priced at £5 each.

We visit Jersey nearly every year, partly because we just HAVE to come here. If you like flowers it's a great place to see. If you enjoy colour, artistry, inspiration, you'll find it here. If you love orchids it is a must. I've seen these incredible flowers growing in many parts of the world but, believe me, this is the... More

Amazing to see all variants of orchids and to see how they worked to grow in the green houses. Also possibility to buy small plantes.

So the main glasshouse is stunning - and full of .... Orchids ! There is a liberal spattering of other tropical plants - air plants (tillandsia) mainly. However - whilst not expensive - it certainly is not cheap for a visit. .. Approx £5 per head; children £2.... And it is "just" the one greenhouse. Yea, you can look In... More
