Great view

Great view and if you time it right when the tide is in, it is meant to make a pretty cool noise, unfortunately we went when the tide was out so we did not hear the noise, however... read more

Short walk down to the hole past the devil in the pond, to get the best of this place you need to go here on a blustery day when the tide is coming in. Its great to see the waves crashing into the hole and causing masses of foam. The walk is a bit steep but the path is good,... More

Great view and if you time it right when the tide is in, it is meant to make a pretty cool noise, unfortunately we went when the tide was out so we did not hear the noise, however still worth the nice 10 minute walk from the car park.

Arrived on the bus and walked down the steep hill to Devil's Hole. It was a beautiful clear day and could see Sark, Guernsey and France. After the visit we walked the coastal path to St John to get the bus back to St. Helier. A lovely coastal path along the northern route.

What an incredible find! As you make your way down the coastal path the views are simply spectacular. When you reach the bottom the Devils Hole is stunning and the history surrounding it is fascinating. The climb back up is hard going but there are rest stops along the way. And a delightful pub at the summit for a much... More

Amazing views, though a bit of a walk down and then back up! But well worth it. Lots of photo opportunities and interesting history.

Beautiful views along the cliffs from this spot but it is a hike back up for those with mobility issues. The 'hole' is only impressive at high tide so not worth the trip if the sea is not in.

Nicely looked after footpath down to the cavern.. Passing a huge tin sculpture of Satan on the way.. Beautiful views and a lovely seating arrangement further down overlooking the sea.. , thanks to the Royal Engineers.. Completely free and a nice way to pass an hour (or two) .. The hill isn't really that steep as such.. Just take your... More

This is a collapsed coastal cave at the bottom of a steep walk. It's ok going down, but hard work getting back up if you are not fit. Free parking in the pub car park an unexpected bonus.

Steep walk down. Steps in places to help. No barrier to hold on to. Will rule out those who are less able which is a shame as the views are spectacular. Priory Inn at the top is in a great spot for a drink after this thirsty work.

The walk down is stunning. The views are breathtaking. There must be some kind of history attached to the place but I am afraid I was just interested in the views. On arrival to the end of the path there is a board that tell you all about its history but sorry I did not take this in. On a... More
