Thoroughly enjoyed our walk with Trudi. We discovered all sorts of new (to us) creatures and plants and the weather was perfect too.

Thank-you. There is so much to discover on our walks. Trudie is a very knowledgeable guide who has also written guide books to the channel islands.

On a dark and misty night, we arrived a little late on a southeast coast slipway to join a bioluminescence walk. In daylight the area exposed at low tide resembles a somewhat Martian-like landscape of reddish rocks, decorated with seaweed below the tide marks, and...More

There were 16 of "us locals" with ages ranging from 6 to 66 on this walk. Luckily for us the weather was perfect. Trudi and Derek soon had all our attention with marine biology, stargazing including satellites overhead, wind turbines on the French coast and...More

A really interesting, friendly and inspiring walk by well informed, knowledgeable and attentive guides. Trudi really involved herself in explaining the various sealife to interested parties which made my 11 year old son's day. Being locals it was important to us to discover the area...More

We had the good fortune to take the Icho Tower tour with Derek, and it was fantastic! Derek is a fountain of knowledge, and my husband and I learned a great deal about the natural environment, seaweed, oyster farming, and Jersey itself as we walked...More

Glad we managed to arrange this special walk for you. Planning our walks depends both on the availability of the guide and when it is low tide. Plus, the tide needs to be low enough to walk out to Seymour Tower so it can get...More

Fantastic and informative afternoon. I learnt so much, Trudi was very knowledgeable not just about the types of seaweed and how they can be identified and prepared but about the history, environmental and regulation impacts.

We really like this walk as it is a great way to reveal some of the culinary and health uses of sea vegetables. Thanks for joining us.

We did the 2 towers walk 4 years ago and enjoyed it very much, so decided it was time we went again, this time to Seymour Tower. This gave about two hours on the way out which allowed much more time to learn more about...More

Hi David. As you saw the Seymour walk is different to the Two Towers because we have more time to explore the seabed. It is surprising how different some of the walks can be even though they are in a similar area. As i had...More

Having the chance to do both the daytime and bioluminescence walks is a great way to explore and experience this remarkable wetlands site. The bioluminescence is always a very special sight. Plus, waking under the night sky away from light pollution is an opportunity to...More
