My husband ran the marathon and ran all the way round the beach, he found it fantastic. The beach is well looked after and to walk around the whole bay including the port area with the lovely boats is quite delightful and every visitor to...More

The beach and the sea is not bad but nothing to se with St Peter Port in Guernsey which is much more attractive. Anyway, here the major attraction is the big beach and the possibility of doing a promenade in the beach.

The beach is surrounded by huge concrete semi-circular steps which, we suspect, act as protection for the sea wall. They are great for sitting on and are a real sun trap. The tide comes right in at high tide, so there is no beach left;...More

This isn’t really a swimming beach although a few crazy people were going in. It is a great beach for walking. Not crowded. Firm sand. And great views. Really perfect.

One of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen. Miles of clean soft sand running between St Helier and St Aubin. Never packed even on the busiest of sunny summer days. Great for a walk between the two holiday centres with cafes conveniently situated at both...More

Very clean and pretty beach. Strange construction of seating on round, large, steps, where people can sit or sunbath. Certainly a suntrap for sunbathers.

We were fortunate enough to stay at a Havre de Pas address overlooking the beach. Stunning views. Easy walking with a Promenade or on the beach. Great to see a traditional sea lido here. Some swimmers albeit in the chilly water.

Was surprised at how empty the beach was in early May, would expect it to be fuller really, but there is lots of space and a number of cafes etc. along the seafront

The beach was so clean not a bit of rubbish to be seen .the sea is clear as day and everyone you see is so friendly. We walked for miles along the beach. Absolutely beautiful.
