Wetshoes are advisable in the water due to learning the hard way and cutting my foot on a sharp rock last year. The water is a bit more chilly than neighbouring beaches but this didn't stop me from paddling in. The exposed rock pools at...More

I think there are 128 steps down to the beach (and therefore 128 steps back up) but the beach is beautiful and it’s worth the effort. We were on the beach at 9.30 this morning and had it to ourselves.

Love this beach, it’s worth the walk. There is a bus stop at the top. There are a number of steps, so not ideal for those who are not keen on a work out. The beach is clean and the water is crystal clear. There...More
