As you cannot go inside, it is only of marginal interest. Location is nice but 10 minutes is enough.

The bunkers were not open when we visited but the vies on a sunny day and the opportunity to explore the exteriors make it worth a detour to get there.

Very interesting place to visit - with lots of bunkers to investigate. If you are interested in the the Occupation of Jersey then this is most definitely worth a visit, with people on hand to tell you all about it, it was much bigger than we realised so much more to see. The views of the bays and coast line... More

A walk along the cliffs all around here reveals many of these wartime constructions. The views and cliffs are amazing with wild sea visters and many sea birds.

Very well restored German command center. Amazing to see what was actually inside such a control post. Must see if you like the German architecture of this time, but definitely also very interesting for the whole family. Entrance is only 2.5£ and on a nice day the view from the cliff must be magnificent (it was raining heavily when we... More

We were lucky to make a visit when one of the volunteers, Paul Burnal, was there doing some painting work, (as it wasn't officially open that afternoon). What a great ambassador for Battery Lothringen Paul is - very welcoming and friendly, and obviously very proud of the place. Really worth a visit - we were amazed by all that was... More

This is a very impressing military position from WWII. You should time your visit so there is access to the command bunker. It has been restored to almost its original condition, although it also contains some museum exhibits. The various bunkers in the fort are explained through excellent signs and maps around the area.
