Beautifully set out.

Excellent value for money. We were two hours or more walking around these tunnels. It gives you a taste of what life was like during those very sad times. We are so glad that we went, it was a real eye opener.
The staff were very helpful on the ticket entry.

An amazing WW2 restored German bunker
Sep 2018
This incredibly fortified world war 2 structure is well worth a visit. I had no idea how well appointed command bunkers were.
I believe the site is run by volunteers. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.. The massiveness of this installation has to be seen to be believed.

Not the bunkers but the view
Nov 2018 • Couples
As I can’t get interested in looking at the waste of resources and human endeavour in building these things plus they were closed we went for the views.

On a good day, which it was there are clear views in one direction to St Helier and the other over a small bay with Butlins house and Mansells house. The views are superb

Fascinating but sad
Jul 2018 • Couples
The bunker is very well made, it’s amazing to think it was blasted out of a cliff - you’d think it was built above ground. So sad to think of the slave labour of the prisoners of war who built it. Must have been awful living and working there.
Fascinating info about the construction and use of the bunker and the occupation generally.
Bargain entry price and free parking but be warned that it’s not open every day.

A shining example of what hard work, volunteers and sheer passion can achieve.

A brilliantly restored collection of Nazi Bunkers built during the occupation of channel islands. If you have even the smallest of interests in anything war related go here. The best £3 I spent on Jersey. Just make sure you check the opening hours to ensure you get full access to the subterranean world.

A very important time in the history of Jersey, never let it be forgotten. A plaque in the underground rooms in memory of the slave workers used by the Germans to build this place.

An amazing collection of items which were well displayed with informative information. Definitely worth a visit. The gentleman who was there was very interesting and pointed out things that we may have missed.

Amazing collection
May 2018 • Friends
Bunkers aren’t very big, but the collection held here is huge.

It houses everything from parts of a German dinner service & cutlery to an enigma machine. There are uniforms which look as good as new. Working your way around the bunker there are exhibits everywhere. The layout has been put together with great thought.

Another insight to life on Jersey during the occupation.

Well worth a visit
