Lovely course, amazing views

May 2016

I played few times in Roundwood and will highly recommend it for people who are more than beginners. €25 for 18 holes, €20 for buggy. Was able to book tee half an hour before the game as its a very quiet course.

I was charged nearly a full green fee for just nine holes. Make sure to say hi to the sheep by the 3rd green.

When I arrived I thought the course was closed.no one around.i had emailed the club the week before and had no reply.course is in a nice setting and maintained to a decent standard

Greens like beaches - horrific

Went in after a round of trying to putt on pure sand on 15/18 of the holes. Evident that they have put zero effort into looking after the greens (fairways were actually good), recent drought is no excuse as all other clubs are fine. Complained after the round and they apologised and said they shouldn’t have charged us full green fees - but didn’t offer anything. Would never go back and would never recommend to any golfer. Local par 3’s has outstanding greens compared to this place!!
