Well worth travelling out of Laragh to see this especially after a good amount of rain. Good walks are available near the tp of the waterfall and good parking there is also provided.

Nice scenic waterfall to stop at coming across the mountains from glendalough. One of the many gems across the Wicklow mountains.

We stopped here after visting Glendalough on our way to Dublin through Sallys gap. Not too far drive for anyone visting Glendalough nice place to stop and watch the gorgoues waterfall. You cant go neat thw waterfall as its on private land but even viewing from a distance was a pleasant sight.

We were driving Sally Gap/Old Military Rd and came around a bend and saw this waterfall ahead of us a ways. Surprise, surprise. We could not park as folks had parked helter skelter. I did take some pics . This is on our list for our next trip

The waterfall just adds to the enjoyment of a perfect (loop) drive, which for us starts at the hollywood turn off, enjoying the drive to glendalough, (visiting the monastic settlement), continuing on turning left at Laragh (R115, the old military road), this is a fun drive (stopping at this splendid waterfall, for scenery shots and the mandatory selfie) winding up to sally gap cross road where we turn left, (R759) heading to Blessington, passing the beautiful lake of the same name. All in all a wonderful day out driving taking in the sights.
