The Cookery School is at the heart of Cliff at Lyons; we have 24 work stations which means everyone can get involved in our hands-on Cookery Classes. View our full Masterclass programme on our website. For groups, join us for a cookery class and let us teach you how to create canapes that will impress or a beautiful afternoon tea stand to treat the team. We won't make you wash the dishes but we may get you to cook your own dinner. If you would rather relax and learn, our chefs have some excellent Cookery Demonstrations that they can deliver to your team.

Really enjoyed the cookery class at the Lyons estate, the chefs were good fun and provided good advice and tips. Enjoyed lovely food after good fun preparing it. Only downside was a shortage of kitchenware but I guess we were using a lot of it.
