Visited Ciaran in the Ceardlann in Spiddal for the 2 day basket course - thoroughly enjoyed it! Ciaran is an amazing basket maker and most patient teacher. I came away with two lovely creations - very happy altogether. Lovely location too

Such interesting shop with many crafts from Basket Weaving to a silversmith.Artists.Pottery handmade crafts and a wonderful cafe to have a cuppa and snack after visiting this quaint centre.

Another of Ireland's gems disguised rather than hidden as a series of rustic cottages. A great taste of local crafts, with variety and a range for everyone. An absolute delight to visit. And in the rain too...

Sorry I drove there but I am sure there will be a bus because it is very famous.
