This elegant parkland course, situated only 20 minutes from Dublin city centre, provides a challenge for the keen golfer. The fourth hole, par three is notable in that the shot crosses the main road. Excellent golf course and excellent food a service.

Played golf yesterday with our golf society in Lucan G.C. Had a super day. The staff were excellent and very professional. The clubhouse is warm and a great place for drinks and food. The greens and the course were superb.
The kitchen stayed open late to ensure we could get food after the golf. The menu has great variety and the food has to be the best around. I have to mention Marie our host, who served us before and remained late after the golf. People like Marie turn a good day into a great day, as did the barman and the chef. Yes we will be back.

Superb condition

A superb golf course in pristine condition, I am a well travelled golfer and this course ranks among the best,greens were a feature,like carpets, fast but very fair,we enjoyed the course, the food and the hospitality of the staff.We were even entertained by the greenkeepers partner (karaoke) at the 19th.

Great parkland course

Played the course yesterday in a group of 24 golfers, I have to say the course was in magnificent shape for this time of year, fairways , greens and tees were all manicured, well done to the Green Keeper and his staff, later on in the restaurant we all enjoyed the quality food that was served by the friendly and welcoming staff. One of the best parkland courses in Leinster.

Very well maintained 18 Holes - challenging but not overly so. Fine clubhouse with good food and a nice ambience.

Great day out

Just returned from an outing to Lucan golf club where we had a great day out. The course is in great condition particularly the greens where you need to be the right side of the pin on a number of holes to give yourself an opportunity to hole the putts (needless to say I didn't).
There are plenty of mature trees around the course which will come in to play for the wild drivers.
After golf we had a superb dinner in the clubhouse where we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff.

A beautifully manicured golf course. Staff very friendly and had a lovely lunch, great views from the club house and the nearby Weston Airport must be very busy as there were many small planes coming and going

Great Session here, greens are fabously kept, staff are very friendly. fees are keen for a first class glofing club

Great tapas in beautiful surroundings

Had the tapas menu at the club
Portions were very generous
The quality and presentation were amazing
Service was prompt and with a smile
A hidden gem and defiantly will be back

This is a very friendly club kept in immaculate condition. It's a lovely parkland course with a couple of quirky holes. At the close of the front nine you play a par 3 over the road and stream where one player has to keep an eye on the road and press a button to switch off a safety announcement on the tee! The next hole features a blind drive with a "what the butler saw" style monitor for you to view to see if the fairways clear. Well worth a visit I would certainly play here again if in the area.
