Brilliant morning out Kayaking. First time but felt very safe with the guides, Clara, Max & Rob. When we got out the guides decided it was a little too rough to go as far as Dalkey Island, and we really appreciated their honesty in this regard. Had a wonderful morning, saw seals & lots of history. Will do again.

I saw a group kakyaking from Dalkey and booked two days later. The weather was ideal - warm and sunny, and clam sea. Fantastic way to see Dublin bay and Dalkey island ( EU level protected area for birds), have a bit of fun, enjoy the sea and a bit of outdoors activity. You're guaranteed to see loads of seals. You do get a bit wet, certainly your feet get wet (in your own shoes - so need to bring runners that you do not mind getting into sea), they do provide wet suits (which are sometimes wet to start with). This is the case with all such activities all over Ireland. All of this is in FAQs and in e-mail you receive beforehand. I've completed the same company's weekend kayaking course on Royal Canal since this trip!

I recently took part in the beginners kayaking on the the royal canal and it was a great weekend. Craig Maddy and Clara were all very helpful and the instruction was excellent, if you are looking for a beginners course this is perfect .

Great fun, got to see loads of seals! Guides were very nice and knowledgeable about the area. We had very little kayaking experience and found it very doable. Would recommend to my friends
