Wonderful find
Oct 2020
We happened along this wonderful studio 3 years ago during our 2 week trip around Ireland. It still sits so clearly in my mind. Wonderful atmosphere, the craft of weaving in such traditional means with extremely old looms was fascinating. A highlight of our trip and Cyndi was so generous with her time.

Gorgeous handwoven Donegal Tweed
Oct 2018 • Family
Cyndi Graham's workshop is a rare and precious Jewel of a find. Her handwoven fabrics with unique colourful combinations reflect the natural, and ever-changing beauty, of Donegal. The simple, stylish designs of her clothing and accessories are truly lovely, pay her a visit if you are in the area.

Old quant cottage
Aug 2019 • Couples
Old history books and teachings speak of cottage industries, well this takes that to a new level. Yes its an old style cottage with a tatch roof selling traditional Irish wares. Its not cheap tat from China or thurd world countries. When you pass by it to view the lighthouse stop off if its open, well worth it.

It was so interesting to watch Cyndi work at her craft. There is a lot involved with her beautiful patterns she looms.

Thatch Roofed Weaver's Studio
May 2019 • Friends
My wife and I visited Cyndi Graham's small delightful thatch roofed studio, a beautifully restored 100 year old cottage. As an architect, I was interest to see it, especially the thatch roof which is neatly done and secured with chicken wire over the thatch and tightly fastened at the end gables. If you have an architectural interest, by all means visit this little studio. The best is inside, weaver Cyndi and her loom, and the beautiful weaves she makes. Truly a treasure to visit if you are going to St. John's Point.

Weaving done as in the 1800"s
May 2019
First - St John's point is just beautiful if you like green fields, sheep,a rugged coast and the ocean!
Second - Cyndi works in an old cottage - thatched roof, uses a loom that is over 100 years old, and weaves wool into material for scarves, shawls, pillow cases and hats. The material is superb - great colors and fine workmanship.
But the best part is Cyndi! She is a great demonstrator. She will spend time to answer all your questions and shows you all steps she uses to weave yarn into a beautiful wool fabric.

Wonderful handweaving experience
May 2019 • Family
Cyndi's place is an absolute must in Donegal, especially for those looking for unique, one of a kind gifts (scarves, bags, hats, coats). I went with my parents who loved learning about her craft and seeing her vintage loom. Her cottage is also located in a very picturesque part of Donegal and is worth the drive out there. Her place was one of our favorites on our trip!

DO....NOT...MISS
Apr 2019
The Donegal Tourist Information suggested driving St. John's Peninsula and visiting Cyndi Graham's studio. What a treasure! We enjoyed our demonstration and browsing her lovely thatched shop! Don't miss an opportunity to purchase some of treasures straight from her loom, instead of the highly commercialized gift shops! If you are short on time, turn around here, as it is quite a drive to the point.

Tweed demonstration
Apr 2019 • Business
9 of us called yesterday for a weaving demonstration on a vintage Donegal loom, we had a great time, Cyndi explained her wonderful craft and has beautiful stories to go with her explanations. We came away with unique gifts at reasonable prices with modern designs. A lovely morning spent in a gorgeous part of Donegal. We will make a return visit to this store.
