I'm so thankful that the Tennessee Theatre is being lovingly maintained and enjoyed by many on a regular basis. It's like stepping back in time, yet their concerts and artistic offerings are varied enough to draw patrons with a wide variety of tastes. My only disappointment is the fact that our last two concert experiences were hampered by obnoxious drunks.... More

The Tennessee theater is a great venue for concerts and plays. Its a remarkably renovated "Old School" theater that offers good seating (surprising comfortable) and there are no bad seats. Acoustics are good and the size makes you feel like part of the performance. Gaze upon the beautiful architecture prior to an Event and just sit back and enjoy!

We love the Tennessee Theater and are season ticket holders for the Broadway shows each year, but when we attend certain concerts we find that the venue does little to control the crowd. This includes those who are rude, intoxicated, loud during the actual performances, standing in front of those of us who have paid high costs for good seats!!!... More

The venue alone is worth a visit! It is a great music venue and sometimes has vintage movies, some even free! They often have tours and can be requested on their website. A gorgeous gem - don't miss it!

Been goin to the Tennessee for a long time. I Love smaller concert settings. Keb Mo came out, sat in a chair, threw his play list away and said what do you want to hear? The audience and he had a great give and take. Bonnie Rait came out, looked around and said what a beautiful place to play music,... More

The TENNESSEE Theatre is an absolutely beautiful facility and I suspect there is not a bad seat in the house! I have attended two concerts there and the acoustics were great for our seats. The price is so reasonable but the concerts are sometimes during the week, so maybe that is the reason for a lower price. I have seen... More

Great experience at a beautiful Tennessee Theater. The movie was good and also we enjoyed the organ playing at the beginning of the evening.

The Tennessee Theater is a historic theater hear in Knoxville. It has beautiful architecture and the acoustics are awesome. I've seen many concerts and other events. Its such a treat to have. I once saw Wilco there abdominal literally ran face to face with Jeff Tweddy.I and our brief conversation he commented on what an awesome place we have.
