It was a game day so there was an assortment of fans, tourists and locals in there but overall, great staff and selection of beers. The rooftop is a good spot to get away from it all. Plenty of TV's and even had a live band on the first floor. Ideal for a one stop shop on a Saturday night

Good three level bar with different entertainment on each sometimes for each night. Roof top is the best and sometimes the music is horrible but they will change it. Everyone is chilling up top they don't need loud plant killing music. Lol. The service is amazing bartenders are cool food is bar good. Make sure you ask for Dj Phil... More

This place has three floors to give you the experience you desire. First floor often has a band. Second floor is quieter with lots of tables for conversation. The roof offers a great view of the square and downtown. Beer is priced well and the service is good.

This was an unexpected stop on my road trip. My girlfriend and I stopped there on a Sunday night. This bar has three levels. On the first floor there is a full bar and a live band performed that evening. The third floor is a rooftop bar that has a very limited selection. On Sundays there is an open mic... More

The crowd isn't really that terrible to deal with, but the cigarette smoke is out of control. If you don't have a headache while you are there from it, you will soon catch one from the embedded smell from your clothes and skin. Kind of gross and enough to make me not want to go back or recommend.

This pub has a very good vibe but there is smoking on the first floor. We didn't go to the second floor but perhaps we should have. We had a few beers and the bartenders were nice. The music was good and the crowd was friendly. This pub would be a lot better without the smoke. It was by far... More

Read about Preservation Pub on TripAdvisor so while in Knoxville we decided to check it out. First floor allows smoking (gross), second floor does not, third floor is rooftop (closed for the season). We paid the $5 cover and headed to the second floor (no smoking) but the music was horrible. So we headed back to the first floor (smoking... More

We visited the pub not really knowing what to expect. The advertised 'Comedy Night' wasn't that well known - we'd asked at our hotel, and in another bar we visited and no one knew about it. So ever the intrepid explorers we to the risk and went upstairs. We were not disappointed. From our first encounter with the barkeeper -... More

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. The rooftop is fabulous when weather permits. When it is hot outside they have misting fans on the rooftop. Love the view over Market Square.

Love the staff, atmosphere and beer. Food isn't that great. I guess at 12am and after 6 or 7 beers it's okay. Its definitely my favorite place to go downtown.
