I walk my dog along the greenway, and I see other people walking, jogging, running, biking... the older gentleman who carries a banana is someone I frequently see, in addition to herons, geese, fish, and turtles. It's a shame the southern section of the creek is so disgusting and stagnant, because the greenway itself is gorgeous. UT Gardens at the... More

I bike to campus from Earthfare along the Third Creek Greenway. What a gem! Speedy and healthy way to get to campus!

Very fresh and pleasant in late spring. Water features from World's Fair Park and old-fashioned porch swings here and there.

I walk this trail frequently with my family as it is close to my church and other various things we during the weekend. My only dislikes are the lack of lighting for night strolls and the high speed bikers. We are constantly chanting to the children to stay to the right. Otherwise you will be creamed!

The greenway is great for biking, walking, enjoying a picnic, tennis, and many other fun thing.s The greenway is near a creek so when heavy rains occur there can be flooding so be advised. It has a park with facilities, tennis courts, swings, etc. for children and is used for biking, running, family events, and lots of fun things. The... More

This is a fabulous greenway that generally follows Third Creek through the heart of the city. It has long natural stretches, but also takes you past a great Mexican restaurant with dog-friendly patio, a great playground, public restroom building, the river and UT campus.

A nice biking, walking trail that is not as crowded as others. Stay out of the creeks, there are signs all over that it is contaminated. It does go through some sketchy areas and even though I feel safe I would not recommend women traveling through alone as there have been some recent issues.

This trail connects Tyson Park to U.T. Agg. Center and can go all the way to Calhoun's on the river. The park is very nice in the summer.

You can feel like you are far from civilization in the green space between to major roads. Always see people, often a train, often herons and occasionally a wild turkey.
