The outdoor patio was a great place to drink a liter of beer. The brewery is styled like a castle so the ambience is nice. There was live music that made for a fun evening.

I mean it’s a castle that you can drink authentic German beers in. Who wouldn’t like that. They have a massive beer garden and tons of parking along the streets surrounding the brewery. Tvs inside and out for watching sports and they do movie nights...More

We stopped by and sampled many of their german style beers and they were all good. They also have beers from other breweries on tap. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They have indoor and outdoor seating and daily food truck service.

One of my favorite breweries I've ever been to! It's literally a castle! The beer is good and there's an outdoor courtyard with fire pits where you can hang out with friends if the inside is a bit too noisy. Awesome place to drink a...More

Very authentic and good beers. I didn't like the whole castle thing though and am not sure about how all that relates to the Bavarian Beer Garden motto. Still I'd recommend going there, because it should be about beer and food, and as a German...More

The patio is awesome. They have excellent beer. They have a lot of board games to play, which is great with a bunch of friends. I tell all the new to Knoxville people I meet that they must go here. The rauchbier is my favorite.

Schulz Brau was a pleasant surprise. It is large, spacious, clean and inviting. Lots of places to sit with tall tables and short tables and even an area with a fireplace and couches. There are plenty of TVs for the sports fanatics. While they serve...More

Stopped in to check it out with visiting family with a German background. The beer was good, and the variety interesting, but nothing really blew me away. i had also expected the food would be cultural, but the offerings were standard American fare. I do...More

We went here on the Knox Brew Tour- and the atmosphere is great. The story behind the brewery is so sweet and the beer is fabulous 👌🏻
