Zipping is a thrilling adventure with a bird’s eye view! Families, friends, and groups of all kinds love soaring through the trees in our 40-acre forest nestled in a scenic bend of the Harpeth River. Zippers sail through the air on steel cables, secured in a safety harness and attached to a zip pulley system. Guides point out native trees, plants, and wildlife. Zip tours operate year round. Experience zipping during every season! Zip Tours include 9 zip lines and are approximately 90 minutes long. Zip tours may be combined with other Adventure Park activities. Zip lines vary in length and height: up to 450 feet long, and about 85 feet high. (Closed-toed shoes are recommended; no flip-flops.) Open Mon-Sat 10 am-4 pm, Sun 1pm-4 pm. Reservations are recommended. $54 per adult, $42 per child under 18.

Enjoyed a nice afternoon zip lining with Cameron and Christian. They were super friendly and kept our group entertained throughout our adventure. Great experience and highly recommend this to others looking for something different to do outside of the downtown hustle and bustle.

We had a great time zip lining with Adventureworks in Kingston Springs! I went with my two teenage sons and my brother and brother-in-law and everyone had a good time. Our instructors, Cameron and Christian were excellent!

The staff at Adventureworks is awesome. They are professional, and safety is a priority. There are 9 zip lines and each one is unique. Our guides were informative and never seemed rushed. I highly recommend Adventureworks at Kingston Springs!

Our family of four, 2 kids 15/10, really enjoyed the zip lining here. Fun and felt safe. There were10 mixes of long/shorter runs as well and a 'fast' one where you go ~22 mph (kids loved that one)! About 40 minutes from Nashville but worth...More

My husband and I are 77 years old, and we were reluctant at first to try the zip-line experience. But the friendliness and patience of all three guides made it very easy and fun.

Beautiful setting, very friendly operators, lots of fun. Make sure you do the obstacle course too. I didn't think I could do the obstacle course, but afterbI saw it I know I could have and wish I had.

There is a good bit of walking between zip lining, and also narrow and steep stairs/nets involved. This may not be the activity for you.
