As there is not a huge selection of things to do in the Tri-Cities area, as a resident with a lower-middle income budget; the Fort Henry Mall is generally where the wife & I go on the rainy days, and the days where child is at daycare but we have nothing to do - This is a dying Mall at... More

I always end up going to the mall hoping to find something, and it always disappoint's! Truth is I wish zales and JC Penny would move out to the pavilion so I never had to go again. The mall is so dark and drabby, it's depressing.

I have heard the term dead man walking but that may be an understatement here. This is beyond dead. Dirty vacant and just unkept in every way. Very sad. Don't waste your time here.

I won't sit here and say that this mall needs an overhaul because malls are becoming a thing of the past and there's no point. We do come from Bristol to shop at this mall though.

This mall is old and outdated. The selection of stores is terrible. There is basically no food court. Kingsport deserves a good mall but this place flat out sucks.

Stopped in to kill some time but was done in about 15 minutes as I found out very quickly that this is a dying mall. Surprisingly, I don't think there were any empty storefronts but there were very few shoppers and most of them were in Belk, the only halfway decent store in the mall. Just not a good mix... More

So sad this mall has gone so far downhill the past few years. There are some good stores: Victoria's Secret, Belk, Crazy 8's, Children's Place, American Eagle, Zales, Kay Jewelers, and Kirklands. They also have a good movie theater. There aren't really any restaurants left and a lot of stores have moved to strip malls in town. It needs a... More

This mall is way past it's prime. No food court, and many vacant stores. You have to be a stunt driver to navigate the parking lot.

The Fort Henry Mall is not a great mall, that's about all I can say about it. Run of the mill stores mostly. It is not very big and there usually isn't much going on there. The movie theater is nice and usually the only reason we ever go there.
