I'm not a big country music fan, but of all the musicians, Loretta Lynn is the one I am most familiar with. Opening her house and her land to so many fans is uncommonly generous for a woman who still lives there. The exhibits are tastefully done and our guide was very informative.

Fascinating I didn't know anything about her and the ranch was a wealth of information. It is an hour and half drive from Nashville but it was a beautiful day. The people that work there are friendly and knowledgeable Great place

Seeing the signs on I40 I decided to stop and it was well worth it. Tours are given every hour which can include the museum, mansion, and replica childhood home and coal mine. The artifacts housed in the museum were a walk through country music's royalty. Everyone who works there are just the friendliest people.

My son and I were travelling on I 40 and saw signs for Loretta Lynn's Ranch and Museum so stopped off. It was well worth the effort. We took a tour of her property which basically symbolizes her life. From a small cabin, recreated coal mine and a beautiful plantation like home, the tour was informative and helped my son... More

A friend of mine visits every time she goes to TN. I had never been so we decided to go on a quick trip with the #1 stop being Loretta Lynn's Ranch. It is worth the stop. We got to meet some super sweet ladies that work there and also Loretta Lynn's former tour bus driver.

Past a sign on the highway and decided to stop. Apparently it was still in winter mode and did expect to open everything until April 1. Saw the house which only shows the first floor of the old house. the new house can only be seen through the kitchen window of the old house. Saw the doll museum but everything... More

If we had been here another time of the year, my rating would be higher. We arrived in a rain storm. Easy check-in at the office. They said to use the bathhouse if the weather worsened. Later security came by and advised the same. It cleared up enough for us to take our afternoon walk. The sites are not level... More

I am a huge fan of Loretta (&Conway). I enjoyed walking the grounds and touring the home--but didn't realize the house was the only open tour in March. The tour was short--less than 1/2 hour. And the tour guide was very dry. My children, ages 10,9,8,7 became bored and didn't have much recall when we left. The home is beautiful... More

We had not planned this visit but saw the sign and took a chance. We are so glad we did go. Not everything is open until April but enough that we truly enjoyed our visit. We toured Lorretta 's home and her Doll and Fan museum. There is a nice gift shop too. The guide was so informative and friendly.... More
