We did the upper with my grandpa, teenager, and other adult family. All of us had a blast. We surfed the Rapids and luckily didn't flip. Sean was our guide and he was amazing!

Yes you can wear one. Some helmets have ones that were put on by customers. I used a head elastic head mount amd put it over the helmet.
