I thought it was going to be a tourist trap. I was skeptical since there were so many people but once you got on the water it was so much fun. I wish it was longer on the upper river because it was a good time. Our guide was knowledgeable and kept everyone safe. We will be back!

This was my second time white water rafting. The first time was in Colorado years ago and loved it, so this time I decided to take my oldest son and his friend rafting and zip lining for the first time. We had so much fun and loved our guide on the river. I definitely recommend this outfitter and we will... More

I am actually quite afraid of water and there was no way I could face White-water rafting but I did want to go on the water in the Smokies to get a different view. Rafting in the Smokies offer a family raft ride which is quite calm so I booked that online before we travelled. When we arrived the lady... More

We had a great time. Brooks, our guide had a wonderful sense of humor. He had to to put up with 7 women. We did the lower river since 5 of the group had never rafted and were somewhat timid about it. All had a great time and the 2 of us that rafted before wished we had more time... More

Convenience and a high Google result led me to book this company. We were there just as summer visitor traffic dropped off: We had none of the wait-time challenges mentioned in other reviews; there was plenty of company but we didn't feel it was overly crowded. We're encouraged to rate on Trip advisor, and I am because our river guide,... More

Rafting was our favorite part of our Tennessee visit. We had an excellent tour guide, Erin, who was very knowledgeable, fun and friendly.

They are very well organized with very nice facilities and gear. They are very focused on safety and educating you on how to stay safe. They also want you to have fun. They have a store if you need anything such as water socks, or sunglasses. Their prices are very reasonable. We had a great experience!!

Went with 3 friends, and I was the only one who had been on a white water rafting trip before. I really wanted to go on the upper river trip, but this being their first time, the lower was a much better idea. Jason was a great guide and gave us an awesome experience so I'm sure everybody is now... More
