This was the first place my teen and I have ventured since some of the restrictions have been lifted. I made our reservation for mini golf online. The employees and other golfers ( there were only a few due to social distancing) were all polite and smiles as we enjoyed our rounds. A nice surprise was waterbottle holders on the writing tables thoughtfully installed throughout the course. Our visit was mid afternoon on a warm sunny day. There were little pockets of shade but I would recommend sunscreen, baseball cap, and sunglasses if bright sun would bother you. The mini golf course itself is challenging in some spots, but never frustrating. We enjoyed that some holes were in the shapes of guitars and music notes which paid homage to Music City. Some day we want to come back and try the obstacle challenge tower. I’m hoping that is some day soon because this is a really nice place and I would definitely recommend.

This was a great outdoor activity for our family! Reservations required so that limited the number of people around. The staff is wonderful, they walk you through everything you need to know about the variety of challenges. They stay as involved as you want them to be - they can help you or not - totally up to you!

A fun place for older kids and adults. Safety and procedure was well explained. It was extremely cold the day we visited and there was no heat in the building and the patio heaters did not work. There was also a birthday party scheduled. Everyone was extremely cold because there was no heat available.

I was so excited to take my family to Soar Adventure Tower on Saturday 2/3, but unfortunately the service was terrible. My wife, daughter who is 10 yrs old, and myself arrived at 2:30pm. The kid at the front desk who checked us in advised the cost would be $163 for us to do the tower, no problem. As we're waiting around I noticed on the sign that the "twilight" rate (2 hours before closing) was about $60 cheaper. I asked the worker what time they close and he replied 4pm. I said, "oh well it look like we should have been charged the twilight rate." He replies, "uh yeah I guess. Hold on one second". He goes to a room off to the side to speak to who I assume is the manager. He comes back out and says, "we're not doing twilight in the month of February". Nowhere on the sign does it say that twilight pricing doesn't apply in the month of February. I asked to speak to the manager. He goes behind the door, and comes back alone. I ask where is there manager, to where he replied, "She told me to charge you full price, and she's not going to come out and talk to you."I continue to explain to him that we should be charged the twilight pricing as the time falls within the 2 hours before closing for him to reply "I don't know I just work here". I explained to him that customer conflict is part of working there. I asked to be refunded the money where he said I already did it. He could care less that we had a bad experience.

Needless to say our fun filled activity that we were so looking forward too was ruined. Not because we had to pay full price, but because of the poor customer service. The kid at the front desk could care less that we asked for a refund, and the manager not coming out was the icing on the cake.

I am a local Nashvillian, and I LOVE Soar. So much I have a membership!
I don't go for mini-golf, I go to climb the adventure tower. If you're looking for something active and unique, I highly highly recommend coming to Soar and giving the tower a climb. You'll get great exercise. I've never gone on the weekends (or not during the pandemic), so I don't know what the crowds are like then. But during the day, during the week, I get a pretty private climb. I'd love to try out a Twilight climb (when Soar let folks in as night falls).

We took a large group of 30 coworkers to the Soar Adventure Tower. We thought half would participate but wound up once everyone got there they ALL wanted to do the tower. We did a capture the flag game and they absolutely loved it. Once we were done with the game and free climb they all did mini golf. Probably could have just done the tower all day because it was so much fun. Staff was very friendly. Only downfall was that you cannot rent the whole tower for a couple hours so you do share with other climbers- we were lucky and it did not make much of a difference. Overall, highly recommend this for a fun outing or date!

My husband and I treated our kids and their families to a trip to SOAR Adventure Tower yesterday (April 16) as our Easter gift to them. There were 15 of us ranging in age from 4-71, so we qualified for the group discount, which was a significant savings. Ben was very easy to work with and we could not have asked for a better staff from the ones running the check in/snack counter to the ones helping with the harnesses and instructions and little ones who needed help. Although we grandparents didn’t do any climbing, we did help the 2 youngest grandkids with their course which worked out great. We also added on mini golf and enjoyed playing that, too. The weather was perfect and even though the courses were crowded, everything was well run and there was plenty of help. I would highly recommend this place for a group outing; it would be money well spent!!

I had high expectations for my sons 5th birthday party since my 7 year old did a day camp at Soar last summer and had a blast. I must had called three times ahead warning the staff of the large party of smaller children. When we arrived early we were given NO clear instructions. Parents were arriving and then having to be completely hands on with their child the entire time. I did speak to the manager and she said she mention she would put more staff members on the ground. The place was very crowded. So basically, no one ran my party and all the parents had to help children 5 and under. This is more of a party experience for 8 and up. They were fair in regards to billing the party but I would not have a birthday party there again considering how much we paid. I need staff to help me run the party and greet parents with more confidence and clear instructions. I felt overwhelmed and would pick a venue that takes the pressure off the already busy designated parent.

I booked ahead of time as a 2nd anniversary surprise for my s/o (we are in our early/mid 20s). We had an awesome time! There were a ton of different course options available so you can really pick which obstacles to do based on your own abilities. Every course is also color-coded by difficulty and things get more challenging as you ascend, which is very helpful in deciding where to go. We took off a weekday and went in the afternoon so there were no other people around. Toward the end of our visit a bus full of kids arrived but they did not bother us at all as there is plenty of room and a separate kiddie course at the very bottom of the tower. This was definitely designed for a wide range of ages and physical abilities to enjoy. We will be back!

We have a 7yr old girl and a 5yr old boy. They had a blast. The obstacles were perfect difficulty for the littles all the way up to me trying to prove to myself that I'm still a college athlete. Really enjoyed the day and the growth the littles got from problem solving was pretty incredible. The staff was awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better 3-4 hour experience.
