We thoroughly enjoyed our flight with Bob, Joe and his crew! (Hi Jacque & Pierre!)
They were very entertaining, and know how to make you feel safe and at ease.
We highly recommend Ace High Ballooning -- these guys are some of the BEST in the ballooning business!!! They will definitely make it memorable.

We tried going up with this bozo and he told me to call him back at 8 on the same day. When we called back he said he didn't think we could go up. So we headed back home and he called me back saying he found us a hotel. We'll we called and they said they were all booked up. Then he calls us today and say he's cashing in on our certificate. This guy is a con artist and thief. Don't use this guy.

Customer called the evening before their scheduled balloon ride the next morning. They were in downtown Nashville and couldn't find a hotel room. I called around and found three hotels with availability closer to where we were going to fly. Called customer and relayed information on his voicemail, several times. We are a small business and can't afford "No Shows", there are only so many nice weekends a year. This potentially cost me more than the price of his discounted ticket. Before this negative review I was going to allow him to reschedule.

We really enjoyed Bob, and his crew, Cole! They also had a another young man, Christian. We could not have felt safer. Loved the canned comedy and confidence in his experiences. Highly recommend!!

We took a hot air balloon ride with Bob on a cool January morning. I was a little nervous starting out, but Bob and Cole were both amazing in telling us exactly what would happen and what was expected of us. The flight was absolutely gorgeous!! There were never any safety concerns, the sun coming up over the hills was so beautiful and both the ride and the landing were perfectly smooth. I would definitely recommend Ace High Ballooning as the GO TO company for a hot air balloon ride. Bob's expertise put me at ease right from the start! I've already told friends and family they have to go! What an amazing experience!!

It was the most wonderful experience-both peaceful and exhilarating. Bob and his crew were friendly and informative. We felt very safe the entire flight and a beautiful soft touchdown.

I'd completed a short balloon flight many years before and my husband had always wanted an opportunity to go ballooning. So when we saw a great Groupon deal to take to the skies with Ace High Ballooning, we jumped at the chance and am sure glad we did! Our first scheduled flight was postponed in August due to a pesky Tennessee pop-up thunderstorm. We were impressed with the level of safety that Ace High is known for and the attention to detail in checking all the weather forecasts. We really did not want to be a thousand feet in the air as dangerous gusts and lightening batter us about. As captain Bob said, "I like to fly the balloon and not have the weather fly it for me." Our schedules got busy but finally cleared for a perfectly clear fall day during the first weekend in November. A very chilly, frosty morning for a launch but we bundled up and enjoyed the heat of the burner. A totally smooth ride up and down, not even a bump for take off or landing. My husband can be a little prone to motion sickness but we had no issues here at all. We are locals and as soon as I detected we were flying near our home, Captain Bob was able to steer the balloon directly over our house. And it wasn't just Captain Bob's skills that make Ace High top notch, but we admired the ground crews professionalism as well. My husband is an amateur photographer and we got some amazing shots of the Williamson County fall foliage from the air. The end ceremony was a lot of fun as well - I won't give away the surprises. All and all, we want to go back and do it again and want Ace High to fly us!

We waited 4 long years to finally fly in a hot air balloon. We tried several different companies and weather was always a factor, on the flight day.
We contacted Bob Grimes with ACE HIGH BALLONING....write that name down now while its fresh in your mind!!!!
From the moment we met bob and his amazing flight team....we felt like family.
Super professional from beginning to end.
From the instructions for our flight to the laughter with our new found friends... its memorys that will last a lifetime.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys
We left meeting some down to earth everyday hardworking people.....God Bless you all
