Super place to get in touch with the outdoors. Campfires, swimming in cool mountain pool, cool breezes, pleasant walks in nature. Wear your hiking shoes. Nature trails, mountain streams. Kids will find a lot of outdoorsy stuff to do. Leave the computer games at home. Explore and learn about nature.

Large mountain spring fed, concrete swimming pool that takes your breath away 'till you get used to it. Numerous picknick tables and grills; large camping area with hook-ups at cheap rates, and there's even a place for tents at a cheaper rate. An added feature is an outdoor areana with entertainment on Friday nights provided by the Erwin Kiwanis Club.... More

We always have an awesome time camping here. The park is clean, safe and very family oriented. The hosts will help you in anyway. The facilities are clean and well kept. The best part about this getaway is the location. The stores are not very far, yet you still feel like your in the mountains! We love this beautiful park.

This is a great camp ground or a place to get away and picnic, swim, and hiking. Hike to waterfalls. With beautiful sights and the water cold. Great on a hot day. Its close to town but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

For pretty much any of us in Unicoi County, Rock Creek Park is a part of us as kids and as adults. The creek fed pool is right off an ice floe, but no one seems to care. Kids especially love it. Picnicking is great. Don't have time to cook or gather up much, it is no problem. Grab a... More

Rock Creek Falls is a scenic tiered waterfall in the Unaka Mountains of Cherokee National Forest. The trailhead is located in the Rock Creek Recreation Area, just east of Erwin and the total hike is about 3 miles round trip. This area has a day use fee, payable at self-serve kiosks in the parking lot. The trail begins beyond campground... More

This was our first time to hike to the falls. We parked at the bath house, which was very nice an clean. Just past the bath house on the left is the start of the trail to the falls. It doesn't say how many miles. It gets a little confusing but if you are only walking to the falls you... More

If your familiar with the area there is a beautiful falls to walk to. An if you like to take a ride the beauty spot isn't... More
