Our family(dad, mom, and 4 "children" 17-27yrs.) really enjoyed the French Broad 2 hour trip, it was a perfect combo of challenge, excitement, and fun for all of us. We each paddled our own ducky to enjoy the thrill of trying to maneuver each rapid ourselves. Tim is a great guide, he kept us laughing as he led us to... More

I recently visited USA Raft with the Roan Scholars Leadership program through East Tennessee State University and had the best time! We spent the night in a cozy cabin and sang campfire songs together into the wee hours of the night. The next day, we were offered several fun outdoor activities such as paddle board yoga, volleyball, corn hole, hiking, and... This trip was originally planned for the Nolichucky but switched due to dangerous water levels. Wise decision. I actually felt like the majority of the group enjoyed this trip better than they would have the class 3 and 4 of the other river. It was a great mixture of class 1,2 and 3 - perfect for many of the first... More

We booked this trip for 6 adults and 3 small kids ages 7, 8, 9, this was the kids first white water adventure and the entire experience was really good. These guys are more of a local, laid back group instead of a "company". We never felt like we just being herded along or rushed, they really adapted the entire... More

I've rafted all of over the US and some in Ecuador... and these guys do it right! Highly experienced and super friendly at every level. Elizabeth and Wes were the best guides! Knowledgeable and courteous. While you're there ... stay in the tiny house. Coolest thing!.. Huge deck and a Big Green Egg to cook on! Very special!

I would highly recommend Aaron as a guide on the lower Nolichucky. He was personable and even have us historical information about the area. Since I had to cancel two out of the six reservations at the last minute, the company was nice enough to offer a credit, which we will surely bring more people back to take advantage of... More

We used USA Raft for our trip to Worley's Cave and had an absolute blast! Taylor was by far the best guide I've had on any sort of trip/tour like this. She gave us the perfect blend of entertainment and education, and pointed out some lesser known areas of the cave that made the trip all the more fun. We... More

Our guide Elisabeth was great. She was very experienced and very friendly. This was a first time for a few of us and we had my four year old son. We took duckies on the Lower Nolichucky and it was perfect. Most were Class 1/2 with a Class 2/3 at the end, depending on the water level. Will do it... More

Our Venturing Crew had a fantastic time on this trip! We spent a day rafting on the Nolichucky River Gorge. We had hoped to go down the river on river duckies (inflatable kayaks) but the water was too high and running too fast. Our safety was their concern and rightly so! We split into 2 rafts and had the best... More
