My wife, son and I rented stand up paddleboards for 2 hours. There were 3 of us, but we ended up getting charged for 4 paddleboards - $131. They did not present a detail receipt, so I did not realize this until after we left and I realized the price was higher than I expected. We called the next day to explain the situation and we were told we would be issued a refund for the overcharge, and we did not need to come in which was good since it was far away from where we were staying. We never got the refund. I sent them an email and they have not responded. I can't afford to waste much time trying to get my $30 plus tax refunded, but I think you should know what kind of company you might be dealing with if you rent anything from them.

This was our first time renting a pontoon anywhere and we were very hesitant. We weren't quite sure we would even get one. I called and the lady on the phone was super nice talked me through everything and we ended up with a 60hp pontoon. We got there Sat morning got lost called super nice explaining how to get there. We got there they walked us through everything, and we took off. Now because this is 2020 our pontoon died and we had to be towed to get back in. No biggie the sun was shining and it was a beautiful view. We got a different boat and off we went. We had an excellent time. The staff was awesome they made sure we were ok. The lake was beautiful. We will definitely do this next year. Highly recommend!!!

We went based on a recommendation from a friend and ended up having the best day of our vacation! We rented a pontoon and tube. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Only tip is make sure you get a good landmark on the way out of the port so you can find your way back in! We did the 8am check in and would also recommend that timeslot. Parking is very limited but at 8am it was not an issue at all. Will totally recommend to friends visiting the area and already plan on being a repeat customer!

Hardly any parking available. Only port a potties to use and they were full to the top. We rented 3 jet skis for the day. The one we got was very unstable and just barely turning would throw you off the thing. Hardly any instruction was given when we started, they had a video but it was so noisy around with other people you couldn’t hear it. Also the price to rent a jet ski for 2 hours plus the gas charge was insane! They also need to invest in a small room to use as a changing room, having to change out of wet clothes in your car is no fun..

We rented a 150hp tri-tune and jet ski for the day for our party of 6 and had a blast. The staff was super friendly, and both the pontoon boat and jet ski were virtually new. We had two teenagers with us on the trip, so the jet ski saw plenty of action. In fact, we had to refuel before the end of our time! I’d highly recommend H20 if you want a hassle free day on Lake Douglas.
