Very nice winery. Our server was excellent, answer our questions, provided 5 different tasting for free and offered us crackers and a bite of cheese as a palate cleanser. You could choose an additional 5 tastings for only $5.00. The attached gift shop and fudge counter were fun to look at and a nearby, walkable antique shop was cute too.

Wife and I decided to visit the Stonehaus Winery during our family vacation in the area. We stopped by in the early afternoon to try some of their different wines and potentially buy a couple bottles to enjoy during our stay.
Winery staff was welcoming and friendly. They were knowledgeable about their different wines and were very helpful with providing free tastings and answering questions. Everybody has their own preferences and tastes, but both my wife and I were impressed with each of the wines that we tried. I was particularly pleased with their Blackberry Summer, which is one of the best blackberry wines I've ever tasted.
Bought a couple bottles of wine before leaving, and we'll likely stop by and/or order from them again. Highly recommend stopping by if you enjoy wine!

This was our second experience at Stonehaus and it was even better than the first, which is saying a lot. The service is excellent. The wine tasting was fun - you can try up to 10 wines. This time around, we both liked the wines even better than the first time. I think it's because we went with more of the sweet selections.
We loved several. Davenport and the Raspberry were our favorites and we ended up taking six different kinds of wine home, including those. They gave us little pieces of gouda cheese that was so delicious, we bought that, too.
Then our hostess suggested we try their mulled wine which was being served hot and fresh and it was wonderful. They had pre-packaged options to do it yourself at home (Davenport, cranapple juice and the mulled spices). We did that the following weekend in the crockpot. It made the house smell wonderful and was just as delicious. The weather here has been colder than it normally is this time of year so that was a welcome treat on a cold weekend. I would get that again in a heartbeat. It's addictive though!
I highly recommend a stop here for some wine tasting!

Went here based on rating but was not impressed with customer service. We were a group of four and went into the winery tasting area which did not have any other customers. About three staff members stood around talking to each other. Walked around in that area for a few minutes without ant interaction from staff. Left after 15 min without a tasting when it was clear the staff was not interested in helping our group as they immediately said hello to an older couple who came in after we did. Unfriendly and not customer service focused.

I bring company here when they are visiting from out of state so they can experience what local wines taste like. The tasting bar is very accommodating, friendly, and offers cheese crackers and fudge to pair with the tasting. Lots of fun.

Stonehaus offered great wine and a nice tasting. They also have a nice little gift shop, along with the adjoining shop offering a wide variety of fudge. The staff went beyond friendly and were truly welcoming. It was a lovely winery and had very nice wines.

Stonehaus was very clean and the staff was nice and attentive. They were very knowledgeable of their wines. The wine tasting was a great experience and they served in real wine glasses. The wines were very good from what I tasted, I only do sweet. I would recommend to others to experience.. I would go again if I'm in the area.

Stopped in on my first visit to Crossville. We experienced staff to be very pleasant and engaging. She explained the various types, inquired about our particular tastes and made recommendations. You can taste up
To 10 varieties. Many options. We purchased a Pinot Gris and Helena Blush. I was also a fan of the Orange Squeeze. Very cute gift shop with unique items as well as fudge to sample and/or purchase. Would definitely return.

Bought tickets weeks in advance for a Valentine's dinner that included a bottle of wine, meet and greet with Aaron Tipping including a shot concert by him following a nice dinner. We were told after waiting in line for 30 min.for the meet and greet that we should wait and see him after the concert because dinner started at 6:30 and they didn't want us to miss our reservation. When we got to the waiting room it was so packed you had a hard time shutting the outside door with the temperature at 21degrees while the coat checker asked to take your coat. I never seen anyone give up their coat because it was freezing. The entire room was said to be only for the 150 people that had bought 125.00 tickets, yet people would pack in and move to the front because there was no line and nobody took names as you came in,so whomever forced there way to the front got in first. Their excuse was that the people that had 4:30 reservations were still eating, ant this was at 7:00. Then they would come "yell" party of 6,then later"party of 10! That's when I knew they were lying and were taking other reservations ahead of the supposed closed event.after 45 min.past our 6:30 reservation everyone started getting pretty mad and wanting a refund.many were yelling and very upset. We were offered to wait till tables were available,go watch the concert at 8:30,then come back after when they should have a slower crowd. Starving already,I asked if I could come back for dinner another time and leave. They said we could. My fiancé and I bolted so we could eat and not ruin the rest of the evening. I have no idea what anyone else did,but drove 21/2 hours round trip for this, and heard some drove 4 hours round trip and I wanted to go eat and get home.never got to see Aaron or see the concert. We did get a bottle of wine . Not sure if I want to return for the dinner I have paid for or not,but will defiantly never return ever again. Thanks to Vegas steakhouse we salvaged a terrible Valentine's Day a little.

Wow! Coming from Chicago where EVERYONE expects a tip, my wife and I enjoyed a wine tasting where to two gals that served us actually refused a tip for their phenomenal service. Awkward on our part, but so genuinely nice at the same time. Great wines and even better service. The staff was so educated on their offerings. We ended up buying three bottles. Well worth a stop. Cheers!

I am on the fence with this answer. There is a gift/snack store attached to this winery so “kids” could get a drink of cola or an ice cream or fudge but there is really nothing for “kids” to do for entertainment while you taste/sample.
Good luck!
