Very very nice trails!! This place is great for hiking or bicycling. Also right on the Duck River. Can picnic, bring your dogs for a walk along the river. I've loved this park for years. Used to be able to fly your model airplanes. I don't know if that's still available though. The trails have different levels of difficulty.

If you love the outdoors, this multi-use park is for you. You will find a creek, a river, small bamboo forest areas, 9 miles of trails and a nice laid back vibe. Dogs are welcomed. You will find woods and open areas, fun places to wade and you can canoe down to it from downtown Columbia. Trail running races and... More

Beautiful...everything you need for a great outing. Bordered by Duck River, it has extensive walking, biking trails, excellent family outing picnic areas in a an exquisite large rolling hills and open and forested area. Also model car and airplane areas. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Only $30 a day to rent a picnic pavilion with great amenities.

There's some great options here to give kids a chance to be kids: shallow water creek beds to search for treasures, low grade hiking trails with beautiful scenery around each bend, and even a small secluded playground with picnic tables nearby.

While visiting family in town, I took my dog for a walk on the trails here. I didn't know if the mountain bike trails would be friendly for walkers, but they were perfect! Beautiful scenery through woods near the river. Trails very well maintained. It wasn't very busy--We only had to get out of the way of one biker on... More

I have been going to this park since it was opened. There are 15 miles of single track trail that are geared for bicycling but are equally good for hiking. The boat ramp is nice too.

Chickasaw Trace County Park is an absolutely wonderful and very family friendly park. They are located in one of the most beautiful areas with woods and solitude around it. As you enter the park, you are greeted by a beautiful old log cabin. This log cabin has been the center of many weddings and makes for a beautiful photo shoot.... More

We enjoy the extensive mountain bike trails at Chickasaw Trace, but there are some caveats. No signs direct you to the entrance to the trails when you enter the main park, which also has an old log cabin, radio controlled airplane flying area, and picnic pavilions. A map of the meandering trails offered are on a message board at the... More
