I highly recommend visiting this place. The park is clean and safe. There are numerous educational opportunities. If nothing else, the 1 miles loop is nice for a short walk. The museum was great!

The loops is roughly a 1 mile hike, it’s short but good for the family. Enjoyed seeing this historic site. The museum tied everything together nicely.

Center is small but informative. Gives good history of Clarksville during the war. Worth a visit especially for out of towners.

Stopped here as a last second something to do on the way back from Fort Donelson. Met the living historian in the parking lot and since I am a fellow reenactor we started talking. He was very nice and easy to talk to. The building...More

I visited on the spur of the moment. While the museum is small, the exhibits are excellent and the movie that you can watch is amazing. When you listen to all of the various people recorded at the museum, it really takes you back in...More

I didn't see any signs prohibiting animals on the grounds. It is a self guided tour in a huge open area.
