We took a Segway tour with Kevin and it ended up being a private tour because we were the only family. He was extremely knowledgeable about the city’s history and took the time to make sure we were all
Comfortable on the segways before heading out. (Two of us were Segway rookies.) Fantastic way to see the city and I would recommend doing it early in your trip so you can find restaurants and fun spots to go back to while you are in town. Kevin was personable and even made our teenager laugh! Highly recommend!

My Wife and I were on our 1 year Wedding Anniversary trip to Chattanooga. We had never been on a Segway before. We decided to be adventurous so we booked the tour. We were not disappointed! The tour guide Kevin was very knowledgeable about the City and its history. We laughed and had so much fun! It was safe and such a great adventure! We loved it so much that we spontaneously booked a second Segway tour with Kevin for the next morning to see other parts of downtown Chattanooga! Best Tour Ever!

We had such a blast. Kevin was so patient with us newbies making sure we understood the basics before we headed out. Zipping down the city streets with our capes flying we passed so many happy people just wishing they were as lucky as us. Kevin shared local history, stories and recommendations for local things to do. Absolutely the most fun I’ve had on any tour. My cheekbones were sore from laughing and grinning so much. Thanks for making me feel like a kid again.

Highly recommended! We had a great time touring the city with Kevin. The 2 hour tour was great combination of the city’s history, jokes, and even a ghost story or two. If you are worried about operating the Segway... don’t be! Kevin had us quickly trained and operating the Segways confidently. Within 15 minutes we we were traveling the city streets, bike paths, bridges, and parks.
As a bonus we left the tour with long list of restaurants and experiences that we will try on future trips to the area! Would definitely book this tour again.

We all know that you cannot see every sight in a city, but Segway Tours are the best. Thomas provided a great 2 hour overview of the history and current state of the city, provided ideas for places to eat and helped us map out the rest of our trip. More fun than riding a bike and faster than walking, we highly recommend this tour.

We loved our Segway tour. You won't be disappointed and it's well worth the cost. Our guide Kevin was awesome and made seeing the historic district fun and entertaining. He really was a great tour guide. You'll see parts of the city you would never get to see and find out about local places to eat and visit. We'll be back to do the North Shore tour soon. Can't wait!

This was a great Segway tour.. Our guide, Thomas, was extremely knowledgeable about the sites, history and the city. He effortlessly navigated areas that were closed off due to a festival.
If you have a chance, do not miss seeing the city on a Segway guided by Thomas. You will not regret it!

I booked a Segway tour on 7/7/23 for a break on our trip from MS to PA. On 7/3/23 I called the Segway tour company and changed our reservation from 6-8pm to 3:30-5pm for traveling purposes. My total amount due for 8 people should have been adjusted to reflect a shorter Segway tour. Upon arrival for our tour I inquired about this and was told they don't adjust the amount in event of a change but he would reach out to the owner and see if adjustments $$ could be made for me since I did call days in advance to make the changed. The cancellation policy states you may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your tour for a full refund. I guess I should have cancelled my initial reservation and then rebooked the tour I wanted to avoid having to pay a higher rate. I just want to make everyone aware of this in case a similar thing happens to you. The actual Segway tour and guide were great and everyone enjoyed it. I just wish the company would have made the rate correct since I called days in advance to make the changes.

My wife and I had an incredible experience with Chattanooga Segway! It was our first time ever on a Segway tour, and our guide Kevin was funny, insightful, and an amazing host for our Chattanooga tour. We saw some incredible sites in the city, and plenty of places we would’ve never found on our own. He was very patient with us as we learned how to use the Segway (which was must easier than we thought), and pointed out every bump and pot hole on our journey. This is the best way to get to know Chattanooga and see some of the amazing sites at the scenic city! If you don’t do anything else, do this tour! You will have so much fun!

I’m from Central Florida (one of the nations most visited/tourist-filled cities is Orlando) so to say I’m pretty skeptical when it comes to spending money on “touristy” things is an understatement.
This however, was one of the most fun and most entertaining things my girlfriend and I did on our trip to Chattanooga. Kevin was a kind, very funny, and well read host. He tailored the experience to what we were looking for and filled our time with many laughs and interesting facts/history/stories of the town. I’d strongly recommend doing this, the tour was worth every penny.

What is the maximum weight a person can be?

I believe the manufacturer recomneds a maximum of 117kg and a minimum of 45kg

Age was not an issue but weight was. At least 100 lbs and if under 18 an adult of 21 or older must be with you. Have a great time!
