It's a small zoo but it has some unique animals and enclosures to compensate. Check ahead of time for camel rides.

What a surprise! We were very impressed with the zoo’s many species and how well maintained and pleasant the surroundings were. The keepers were very friendly and took time to talk with us about the animals. Great value for families. Highly recommended.

This zoo is on the smaller side but lots of exhibits. It was a nice walk around. It’s not spread out over miles like some places. Staff we seen were friendly and would talk about the animals they were caring for. It’s not very expensive...More

The price is very reasonable for a smaller zoo but they've done such a good job with this zoo. It's the perfect size to spend an hour or 2 just exploring and seeing lots of animals.

This is a quaint little zoo. Not too busy. The price is completely fair; only around $10 for adults. And most of the exhibits were surprisingly nice. They had the best collection of roaming Peacocks I’d seen, and they have the world’s most spoiled Red...More

We visited here when we first got to town on a Friday afternoon. There was maybe 10 other people there, so it felt like we had the zoo to ourselves!! There are no giraffes, elephants, or tigers, but my active 1 year old didn't mind....More

The zoo is small but one of my favorites I've been to. Wasnt crowded and you could get close to the animals, they were right up next to the viewing area.

I have been to most zoos in the central US. This was the smallest yet. However, it was pretty nice for the money !
