Our Mission To provide an extraordinary client focused therapeutic massage at an exceptional value while providing a rewarding and empowering work experience for our team members. Warning We are not a SPA or Salon. We do not require membership contracts to receive a great value. If you enjoy spending $120 – $200 for a massage and expect champagne, strawberries, and an Egyptian cotton robe to wear before getting on the table, Focus 4 Massage is not what you are looking for.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. We were visiting from out of town and had hiked a fairly long distance the day before and wanted to get a massage. The massages were fantastic and the staff was so amazing. I know for a fact I would be in excruciating pain if I had not visited here after the hike. If you do Fiery Gizzard, do this place next!!

I've had the same massage therapist for years and she has always taken good care of me. Even when I don't think I've got muscular issues, she finds them and works them out. It can be tough but worth it to move better.

David and Laurel were awesome! David is a try gifted therapist who has a deep understanding of the way the body works both physically and energetically. I was truly blown away by how much insight he had to offer. My neck has been bothering me for years and I now understand what has influenced my chronic condition. I am truly grateful for the massage and wisdom.
Laurel was friendly and a joy to speak with also. She worked on my fiance and gave him a deeply relaxing massage.
What a wonderful experience. We will be back soon!

16 weeks pregnant - Kennesha was my therapist. This was the best massage I’ve ever received! She really listens to the areas you want to focus on. Facility is clean and staff is professional. I will be coming back and booking with Kennesha! I feel great after my massage

Don't let the low prices fool you. You can get a one-hour massage here for half the cost of designer spas around town, and the quality of the service is excellent. You can book your massage online, which is the first convenience. I'd rather choose my time than be told what is available. When you arrive, there is no fancy spa waiting area; however, while you're in the massage room, nothing is different. The lights are low and relaxing, there is soft music, and the therapist is professionally trained to ensure that your body will receive the greatest care. I get massages frequently, and one of the best I have ever received was here.
If you are a returning / frequent customer, there is a type of rewards program that makes your massages even less expensive. If you haven't tried Focus 4 Massage, do it. It won't hurt your pocket, and your body will thank you.

I have knots in my shoulders and this is the first massage I have had where they were completely worked out! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful massage. Highly recommended for a most relaxing time. I came to Focus 4 Massage by chance and am so glad I did.
I have visited several massage therapists in the area and have found many of them to be ho hum. Some don't seem to care. Others don't seem to know what they are doing.
I went to Focus with very low expectations because of my previous experiences. However, I was surprised initially by the relaxing atmosphere including a small fountain with the relaxing sound of water when I first walked through the door.
The massage was most relaxing, filled with delightful oils and soothing music. I requested deep tissue because of my severe muscle aches and I indeed did get it. Although I was a bit sore the ext day, the following days were full of muscle relief and muscle release.
I highly recommend Focus 4 Massage to anyone who is serious about pain relief. This place is the real deal. They will take good care of you.

Virginia is really great! She is strong and knows just which place to key in on. The venue is clean and hygienic, the music soothing. It's like being on vacation for an hour. Love Focus 4 Massage!
